Hi,
I want to get an appointement for visa stamping in Bombay during the month of Jan 2006.
However my H1B extension has been filed recently. I will have to wait at least 45 days before I get the new I-797.
Now to get an appointment in Bombay is it necessary to have the new I-797
(It will impossible to get an interview date in the month of Jan or Feb if i have to wait till the extension comes)
