I-94 extension for dependent

Hi,

I am a Indian national and have a valid H1b visa till 12/2014 with a valid I-94 till that time. My son's I-94 though, is only valid till 11/2013 as his indian passport is expiring at that time. I have applied for his new passport and want to know the process to get his I-94 extended once he gets his new passport. Any help in this regard would be greatly appreciated.

After getting the new passport, file a I539 application to extend H4 I-94 to match H1 I-94.
