New H1B visa..Unable to start work before Jan 2014..Options to retain H1 visa?
Hi,
I was on H4 visa and have filed for H1B Vsa this year in April 2013...a new H1B petition is approved and will be valid from October 1st 2013...But due to health conditiond I will not be able to start work before Jan 2014...
1.)What are the options to retain this H1B visa??
2.)If I change status to H4 for now, can I change it back to H1 easily using h4 to h1 transfer(like H1b transfer between employers) or need to file again using quota system in April 2014?
