My I-94 extension was recently approved through current employer and is valid till 04/2015. Because of incorrect DOB on the approved petition we had to file an amendment and that resulted in RFE. In mean time I have got an offer from new employer and considering joining them but not sure about following
1. Can I join new employer with pending amendment decision ?
2. If #1 is true then would there be any issue if amendment is denied after joining the new employer ?
2.a - Amendment denied after new H1 B transfer is approved.
2..b - Amendment denied ; new H1 B transfer IN PROGRESS
2.c - Amendment approved irrespective of the status of new H1 transfer.
