Help with H1B Transfer Question

I am currently employed with Company A on an H1B and have been offered a position with Company B. Which kind of form does Company B need to complete in order to request for a transfer? Does anyone know how much it will cost to transfer an H1B visa?

Form I-129 . It costs $1435.00 for companies with less than 25 employees and $2185.00 for 25 and more + any attorney fee.
