DS-160 countries visited in the last 5 years

Hi,
I am filling out the DS-160 form for an H4 visa and I am on the countries visited in the last 5 years question. The person for whom I am filling out this form has visited 12 countries within the last 5 years as a part of organized tours. Should I mention all the 12 countries on the form? Any suggestions?
