Hi everyone,
I m soon going to travel to us on h1b visa. My daughter(1 year old) has her h4 dependent visa already stamped. I want her to join me at a later date while I settle down in a new location. She can travel with my mother to us (my mother has a visitor visa). Is this possible? I heard from someone that a minor on h4 needs to travel with the primary h1 holder or his/her spouse who is on h4. Please help.
