H1B extension question

Hi,

Can anyone please help me with the below question

I came to US in 2008 April on L1B VISA and went to India for vacation on Jan1 2010 and came back on Mar 01 2010 on H4-B and stayed on H4B till Oct2010 and again started working on L1B . Last year i got H1B, so i am currently working on H1-B. I have Visa till Apr 2014. My question here is can i use my H4B stay in US and 2 months vacation time(it comes to 10 months total) to extend my H1B Visa.

And also i didn't keep my I-94 copy of H4-B. If i can extend my H1B visa, then will the stamping at customs for H4B sufficient to extend my H1-B Visa?

Your post is too confusing. When and how did you get H1 stamping? How long have you spent in US on L and H status combined ? What exactly is it that you intend to do ?
