Query on DS-157 Question: 12. Not Including Current Employer, List Your Last Two Empl

Hi All

My H1B petition is filed by Company "D" of USA.
Presently I'm working in company "C" in India.
Previously I worked with the companies like "B" & "A" in India.

Now, what should be my answer for the Question no. 12 of DS-157 form:

12. Not Including Current Employer, List Your Last Two Employers

Should I mention details of the companies: "C" & "B" ?
OR
Should I mention the details of the companies: "B" & "A" ?

NOTE: What is the legal meaning of the "Current Employer"?
Is he, who filed my H1B petition?
OR
The employer, for which I'm working currently?

Please advice.

You need the mention details about Company "B" & "A".

Current Employer means not your US employer, it is the employer with whom you are currently working. All the best.

Your present employer is not the US employer. It is the one for whom you are presently working in India. Therefore, in your words, mention details of A & B.
