    H4 visa - Court marriage in US

    Hi,

    I am currently on H1 visa and I am planning to schedule a H4 visa interview for my fiance after we get married. If we plan to get married in US, can I present the court paperwork from a US county as my legal marriage proof? Or only legal documents of court marriage in India are considered as a proof?
