Changing job in H1

Hi,
I joined company A on OCt 2007 and my GC was filed on Oct 2008 with EB3 . I have a PD on June 2009. I have I40 approved copy.
My H1B was extended after 3 years.
Now i am thinking of changing job. But since my 6 years ends in October 2013, I have the following questions. Please advice

1. can i change my job now or i have to change it only after my H1b extends for 3 more years.
2. When i go to company B and if they apply was Visa in EB2 category, can i have this PD(on June 2009) or since that is a different category, i will get a new PD.

Assuming its been more than 180 days since your I140 has been approved.
1. Either way it doesnt matter. The next employer would still have to file a new petition and seek 3 year H1 based on your approved I140.
2. In my opinion, You can use the same priority date.

If i can carry this PD, is my GC process also transferable
