My wife has the passport with her 'maiden name'.
1. Is it compulsory/mandatory to change her maiden name to new name(change in her surname) before H4 interview ?
2. I don't have marriage certificate as of now. Can I ask to make the marriage certificate with her maiden name OR marriage certificate should have her new surname only ?
or
3. If she has different surname in her marriage certificate and her passport, would it work ? Would there not be any issue during her H4 ?
