Need Information on H1B Visa Renewal Procedure

Hi

H1B US Visa was stamped with last year December 2012 with validity only till September 2013. Presently my VISA have been expired and I am still in India. So whats is the possibilty of renewal or extension.

Possibility is there. You just need to find an employer willing to sponsor a petition for you.Upon petition approval you can go for stamping and if approved travel using the new visa and petition.

If my new employer agrees to apply this new procedure will be same as the 1st one or will it be some thing different.
