H1b Case

I have misplaced one old H1B approval notice. I totally have five of them . The one I have lost pertains to 2010. I have a case number written in a diary.
My question here is I am not sure if this case/ receipt number pertains to me . Is there a way I can find it out? Tried calling up Uscis . But they do not have details .

I doubt you will be able to get it form the USCIS, if you know the employer who filed it you can approach them.
