Hi,
I currently live in US. I am planning to go to Tijuana, Mexico for my H1B stamping. I have a couple of questions on the DS160 form
1) For the Home Address section, should I give the US address or my permanent address in India?
2) In Passport Issued Authority. The form says don't enter a state if it is not given in passport. I am from Hyderabad, but I don't see a state on my passport. I just want to make sure if it is okay to not enter it in the DS160 form.
