There is no problem what so ever. All the big companies take visa for there employees well in advance. When the project is finialized, they send them. You are expected to travel only with a project in hand (theoritically).
At the port of entry, they will ask you where you are going, address,contact number and how long you will be staying and what will you be doing during your stay. That's all. So don't worry about that part.
