Hello,
I am in a very critical situation. At present I am in India with my toddler, and my H4 has expired. My return date to US is in last week of November, but my husband has not taken ny appointment with the Indian Consulate as of now. I am not sure what is his plan(our relationship are strained)? If he decides, not to renew my H4 in such case what options and legal leverage I have? Please help
