Hi everyone out there,
This is my first post here. I am working as a permanent employee for an insurance company for the last six months. While checking my documents I found that in my I-129 document instead of my last name being in the lastname section my middle name for printed. Apart from this all the details are correct. Even I797 reflects the correct name which matches to my passport. Will this be an issue when I go for stamping or can I explain the Visa Officer that it was a mistake on part of the petitioner and all other personal details match. If this poses a significant risk I will get it amended at the earliest.
