Hello,
I'm going to graduate by the end of this year and got some questions about H1B. I've heard that there are 3 types of H1B, General one, Master's one and Chile-Singapore one.
The master's one is for persons who has obtained Master's degree from public/non-profit school, is this correct?
And if we graduate from private for profit school but accredited, can we apply for the general one? And do they have different methods and application forms?
