Hello All,
I came to USA last year in August and I am enrolled in Masters program since then. I came to USA on H4 visa and got it converted to F1. Before coming here, I had applied for an F1 and I was unmarried then. But sadly, both the times it got rejected. I have the F1 approval notice in my hand now. I am travelling to India this December and I have taken an appointment for my F1 stamping. Could you please guide me on what questions will be asked? Also, my husband has transferred jobs now, and he does not have his H1 from the same employer. If in case my F1 gets rejected, what option do I have?
Any help will be deeply appreciated. Looking forward to replies.
