Please help me with these Questions from DS160 form filing from INDIA.
There is a question on DS 160 form:
Have you ever been unlawfully present, overstayed the amount of time granted by an immigration official or otherwise violated the terms of a U.S. visa?
Date of Layoff from a big software company on H1B full time employment : 30 Nov 2012
Date of departure to India : 15 May 2013.
I-94 expiration Date : Nov 2014
Would I come under unlawful presence?
What should I fill the answer.They asked me to explain if I am unlawful.
