DS160 for daughter

My daughter was born in India three months ago and my wife’s H4 is also due for renewal, so we completed two DS 160’s and for some reason under “Purpose of Travel: “ in my daughter’s 160 it says “Spouse of an H (H4)”.
We have confirmed the DS 160’s and paid the visa fees. Will this affect my daughter’s visa in any way?
Do I have to change it? If yes, how?

I think it should be fine. When you filled the form was there a separate option for spouse vs. dependent?
