H4 Victim - Urgent Help needed

Hi All

My wife visted chennai consulate for H4 visa, everything was fine but she was given a paper, which states , we request IRS to send tax return (transcripts) directly to department of state, washington d.c. and they told my wife they will call her once washington d.c receives tax returns

have anyone got into this kind of problems, please help me guys , im totally tensed.

Does consulate gonna call her back for sure?

I know of a case which is exactly similar to yours. Was there any discrepancy in your pay-checks and that reflected in the W2s?

no there is no discrepancy, would like to know once i send the documents, will they call my wife or should i take a new appointment.
