Having H1 but in India and Wife in US having H1

As the title clarifies everything I am having a H1 Visa but my company does not have any project to send me to US and my wife is already in US on H1 Visa.
What should I do in this case? Please help.

If current company is not willing to send then there is hardly anything you can do by staying with them.

Apply H4 through your wife's petition, once in US on H4, look for jobs, once you get a willing sponsor, port the H1 and work on H1.
