Dream to Work in USA

I always wanted to work in USA however missed many opportunity when working with wipro and fidelity. Now i am working with Japness company and there isn'y any chance for USA.
I dont know where to start and how to go about it. I am working in Identity access management division in India , i am ready to start with any job in USA and then look for opening in my current proffesion.
What should i do to begin with , please any advise will be really appreciated.
