Hi,
I am working for a subsidiary of a reputed parent company. My H1B visa is filed in name of parent company. However, my pay stubs are from subsidiary company because the subsidiary company is listed as a legal entity in US. My existing visa is valid till mid of 2014. My company has filed a transfer petition from parent to subsidiary company. I have got a RFE in this case. Just wanted to understand if the petition is rejected, would it mean my existing visa which is currently valid till 2014, would become null and void?
Please provide insights into what happens in such a case. Any help in this regard would be appreciative.
Thanks in Advance!
