You have to give some more information than that...please be specific.

Depends on your area of work. Look in several job sites like http://bostonworks.boston.com or
monster.com or
yahoo hotjobs for a job that you want
and ask them if they will file for your H1. Once you have an H-1
approval, you can file for change of status from H-4 to H-1.
