Hi all,
This forum has helped a lot since my B1 VISA. I have couple of questions and request your suggestions.
I am presently in India with Company A and holding B1 and L1.
I am also holding H1 documents to appear for visa interview so that company B can hire me.
At this point of time, I am not sure which company gets the project and decision takes up to Mar’14. So this is what I am willing to do:
1. Appear for H1 interview in Dec’13 and get the VISA stamped
2. But go to US on B1(for company A)in Jan’14 and stay till decision made
3. If project STAYS with A, come back to India and go again on L1
4. If project goes to B, come back to India, resign A and go on H1
My question is,
1. Travelling on H1 or L1 immediately after B1. Does this cause any problems in the port of entry?
I was in US with company A on L1 for more than 2.5 years and came back in Oct.
Additionally, any better suggestions to handle the situation is appreciated. Thanks in advance for all your help.
