Need details regarding H4 stamping process for infants

Hi all,

Myself and my wife have a valid H1B and H4 respectively. Recently we are blessed with a baby and I would like get H4 stamping done for my child too.
I heard that we can use dropbox facility at the consulate without taking the child to the consulate. Can anyone of you please let me know if this is true.

If not, please help me with the process and regarding the documents needed for H4 stamping for my kid.

Children under 13 or something are not required to appear for interview. The application system will automatically take care of that. Just follow the steps.
