H1 Visa Employer name striked off at Port of entry after transfer

Hi,

I came to Us with employer A with my visa stamping valid till nov 2014.

I transferred my visa to employer B and went to India for a vacation.

While coming back at Port of entry the visa officer striked off my employer name (Employer A) from my visa and gave a stamp on the adjoining page mentioning the new petition number of employer B and the validity date of the petition.

Does this make my visa invalid?

I am planning to travell to India for vacation..do I have to do stamping in this case?
