Quetion on DS-160

Yesterday i have submitted my DS-160 and there is a Question(Below).

Has anyone ever filed an immigrant petition on your behalf with the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services?

I selected No in DS-160, But actually Six years back in 2008 one company was filled H1-B ,but it didn’t picked up in lottery.is this create any issue in Visa interview? Please help

H1B petition is not an immigrant petition. It means Green card petition.
