H1B visa apply FY14-15 with spouse

Hi,

I am going to file H1B visa. planning to move with my spouse. I am recently married and my wife not applied for passport yet. so i want help like with what address my home or her home address i will apply passport, adding spouse detail and information i need to careful while applying fresh passport. and should I also add my spouse detail to my passport.
