Hello All,
I have my I-140 approved with company A and also they hold my H1B. The H1B is valid till Feb 2015. The end client where i work everyday wants to convert me as full-time employee.
The question is
when the end client applies for H1B, how many years I get the H1B?
3 years since there is an approved 1-140 with my company A
OR
The rest of H1B period which is only till Feb 2015
Please help me understand the situation.
