Can i apply for L1 visa while my H1b is under going administrative process.

Hi

I have attended H1b interview an Month back thru the Company B .VO gave me blue slip by saying my case required additional administrative process.

Now the company A which i am working saying that they are going to file L1 visa.
Please suggest me can i go for L1b visa interview while my H1B is under going Additional administrative process.

Please help me in taking the decision to go with L1B or not.

My Query: Will it be a problem to go for L1 stamping since my H1B process is going administrative process.

1) Will cancel both petitions
2) Will they reject both
3) Will they cancel H1B petition and issue L1 VISA
4) Will they simply close my H1B pending case and issue L1 VISA
5) Will they hold by L1 also saying wait for H1B case to be closed (either positive ot negative)
6) Will they issue L1 VISA without talking about pending H1B case as it is under process
Please advise..
