H1B Expiring 6th year
Hello,
I came to USA on Apr 2008 on H1B for the company A. My H1B is expiring on March 2014 and I am reaching 6 year by the same time. I have applied GC through company B, the labor approved and the I-140 is in-progress. My priority date is Sep 2013. I would like to move company C. Since the company B is not good and has some issue with them on USCIS. I am still working for company A.
My questions are,
1. If I need to transfer my H1B to company C, will the transfer work/am I eligible to transfer H1B given that I am reaching my 6th year on March 2014.
2. Do I have to start the new GC process with company C?
