Question on Visa Category in Online H filing

Hi,

I filed my H1 visa extension for myself, and H4 for my spouse (Dependent of H1) through ustraveldocs.com/in. I filed separate DS-160 for my spouse as H4 (Dependent of H1), and added her as Family member, which shows as "Family Details - Members: 1"

However the appointment confirmation shows only one visa class as H-1B, and one visa category as working, and the number of applicants as two.

Can you please confirm if this is how it will appear.

if you have applied for the interview for both of you, then that is how it appears on the site (what you see is correct)
if you have different appointments then, it will show the number of applicants as one
