Expired H1B but ONLY used 4 years
Hello
I was on H1B from 2005 to 2010. Out of five, I was on H1B for four years and the extended H1B was expired in 2012.
From 2010 util now, I have been on F1 pursuing a different degree for a new career.
Now, I found a few employers who would support H1B for me upon my graduation in May 2014 and got a few questions.
1) Can I use the "unused" period of H1B working for different employer?
2) If not, do I have to leave US for 1 year and start "fresh" H1B?
3) What options do I have here to remain employeed?
