Travel before expiry of current visa

Hi Every1,
I have my H1-b visa getting expire on Nov1st 2014. Currently for now I have my H1b visa stamped.
I am planning to visit India in July-August time frame and would like to come back in August.
Do you think there would be a problem on my Port of Entry as I would be left with 2 months of expiry of my Visa? Although I am planning to file for Extension in May 2014.

Why you can't file extension after returning from your trip?
