Taking someone you want to sponsor with you on your H1B visa Interview

Hi

I will be going for my H1B visa interview soon. I want to sponsor my brother for tourist visa. Can we schedule an interview at the same time? Can we appear together before the visa officer?

My brother is 14 years old and is studying in a private school. He has no intention of staying in the US but his visa was rejected in May 2013 when he appplied with my mother. I didnt sponsor them at that time.
