In India right now, HB1 Transfer/renewal based on approved/active I140

Hi,

I was in US for 8 years on H1B, moved back to India in Jan 2013, now I want to come back to US and below is my situation:

I have approved/active I140 with company A, before moving back to India I was with Company B (H1B transfer from company A) and latter decided to move back to India with company C but my company B has revoked/withdrawn my H1B Approval.

Now I am just left with approved/active I140 with company A (H1B visa expired but Not revoked),
1. Can I apply for H1B renewal with my company A or
2. Again H1B transfer to the company B/for any new company ?
Appreciate your response, I don't want to get into CAP again that too lottery
