H1b stamping
First my history .....
Entered USA on F1 visa in 2007
Graduated in 2008 , OPT till 2009 Dec
Joined Trivalley Univ in Jan 2010 and took CPT in March 2010
Applied H1 in April 2010 and Got H1, so since Oct 2010 i was on H1 till date with the same employer
I140 is approved too
My recent H1 is valid till May 2016
Working from April 2010 till date with the same employer
I am thinking of going for H1b stamping in Hyderabad in Jan o Feb 2014
1. I have not been with Trivalley University when it was closed or any issues have happened.
2. Did anyone in this forum or your friends have same situation? Did stamping get rejected due to this issue.
I WANT ALL YOUR SUGGESTIONS PLS.
