H1 Transfer

Hi Guys,

I have currently a valid H1 with valid stamping from my current employer. Another employer has just filed an H1-Transfer for me for which I am yet to receive a receipt number. I had to travel to India due to a family emergency. Will I have any problem at the port of entry while returning back to US due that newly filed H1-Transfer?

It's not advisable to travel out of country when the petition is under process. If you can ask your employer to process in premium, you will get the result in 15 days and you can travel after that to avoid any issues.
