  • H1->Full time MBA/MS and back to H1

    I have done my Masters in US in EE in 2010 and have completed 3.5 years in H1,my employer will soon be starting my LCA for GC
    I want to study further MBA/MS in finance and want to start school if possible in Aug 2015.I know this route is difficult and as I would have completed my 5 years in H.
    After consulting the forums I have come to understand a few things.
    1.It would be difficult to get a F1 for MBA if my I-140 is approved . what is time frame for approval of I-140)?

    2.I have heard that once if I-140 is approved and you manage to get F1 somehow ,you get a 3 year extension on your H1 and then you can move to new job after your new degree.
    Can someone verify this?Would my new employer give me job on this H1 extension?

    3.I have also thought about going for MBA/MS to Canada,since this will be more than 365 days outside US ,will this set my H1 counter to zero?
    Can I possibly get a job in US based on a fresh H1?Has anyone tried to get H1 job with canadian masters?

    Thanks in advance,
