Visa Application & Issuance DD - on whose favour should I make?

Hi,

Consulate has introduced a new system (vfs-usa.co.in) from 1st Aug. But I already had an appointment on ttsvisas.com. Per consulate, appointments from tts sites will be hounered.

Now question is...

Per VFS (new System) : DD for Visa application & Issuance should be addressed to “HDFC Bank a/c US Embassy"

Per tts (old system) : DD for Visa application & Issuance should be addressed to “American Consulate General, Chennai"

Which DD should I carry?

Safest way is to make both DDs to avoid last minute harrasment.

Correction...New System (VFS) is introduced from Oct 1st 2005.

You need to take the DDs as per the TTS appointment.
