Hi,

i have my h1b visa valid till 2016 Sep and got stamped in passport also.
Recently i came back to USA from vacation at port of entry i got i 94 expiry date as my forien passport expiry date(march 2014).
But now I renewed my passport to another 10 yrs.

How to renew my i 94 date now?
do i need to go out of USA and come back?
I live chicago...

Please advice.

Download the I-94 record of your last entry f but use the passport number from the passport used at your last entry.
I-94's are no longer appended to passports at entry.
