Unpaid leave on H1-b visa

My employeer has given me 2weeks notice to transfer visa. What if I can't find anyone to transfer the visa? I have 10days of leaves for this year and 4.50days of leaves from 2013. Can I combine all and go on unpaid leave or can I atlest take leaves from 2013 ? Will the employeer generate salary slip in unpaid leaves?

Unpaid leave on H1-b visa

I don't think it is an immigration issue. This need to be discuss with your employer.

Remember that you will be out of status from the day when your employer stop paying you and you have to submit the transfer petition to USCIS before your last working day with your current employer.
