I have new h1b petition approved for 3 years oct 2013-2016. I have applied from India in the 2013 cap. I do not have a stamped visa since my employer is looking for a project for me.
My question is
Do I have a time limitation, like I have to enter the US within one year of the petition start date else my petition will no longer be valid? And again I have to apply for a new petition in the next cap?
Or I have time till sept 2016 to look for a project, get visa stamped and enter the US?
