H1, H4 Visas stamping doubts...

Hi,

I worked in company A with H1 VISA that was valid till MAY 2006.
My wife and son came to US on H4.
Our passports are stamped with company A visa that was valid till MAY 2006.

I changed to company B. Cmpany B has filed visa transfers to all of us that is valid till NOV 2007.

Now we are planning to go to India in JAN 2006. I will come back in FEB 2006. My family will come back in APR 2006.

1. Do we face any problem in airport while coming back to US? Since our passports have old company visa but that is vaild till MAY 2006.

2. Is there any way to get new company visa stamped in our passports within US?

3. Do we have to go for stamping when we are in India? We are not getting appointment in JAN 2006.

Please kindly clarify my doubts.

1. Yes, you need to get fresh stamping if you leave US. Bcoz if u try to reenter, you visa in passport will have comp A stamping where as, your H1 petition will be on the comp B name.
2. I don't think you can get stamped in US.
3. Consulate wud have kept aside few slots for emergency which can be used in ur case.
