Hi - Need a help on my below case.
I am employed with company A on H1B and my H1/I-94 expires in a week's time. Lets say company B is able to do H1 transfer with approval notice within this expiry of my current H1/I-94. In parallel, company A files my H1 extension. Now after the approval notice of my H1 transfer from company B, lets say I quit company A and serving a 2 week notice period and during the time company A's I-94 expires and company A cancels my extension, can I still stay with company A in completing my notice period? Is my period in notice period after I-94 and before joining company B is considered as out of status? Please advice. Appreciate your help.
