Hi,
I booked a 1 way flight from Man-SFO using opodo.co.uk.
In the Itinerary of the airline, I see I have been booked on a return flight too. I called Airlines and they asked me to contact Travel Agent. When I contacted the travel agent, it said it should be fine. When I take outbound flight, my return flight would be cancelled automatically. No action is needed.
I am not too comfortable with this explanation from travel agent. Can I be in some problems? Can airline charge me No Show Fee/Cancellation Charges etc?
The Travel agent is now asking some money to cancel the entire itinerary at my request.
There are cheaper options to book a return ticket, instead of 1 way flight. So I can book return flight myself, but to avoid any issues, I booked 1 way flight ticket.
Please advice.
